Who we are

Al Jazeera Insurance is an insurance broker based in Amman, specialising in general insurance for individuals and companies. Our role is to sit between the client and the insurers, but on the client side: we gather the offers, standardise their specifications so they can genuinely be compared, explain the terms in plain language, and then manage the policy and any claim that follows.

What we work to

• Clarity before the saleWe tell you what the policy excludes as clearly as what it covers. Surprises happen at claim time, and preventing them is the job.
• Genuine comparisonComparing two offers written on different specifications is meaningless. That is why we standardise before going to market.
• A straight opinionIf the policy you already hold is better than anything we can source, we will tell you to stay where you are.
• Follow up after issuanceThe relationship does not end at payment. Claims, renewals and endorsements are part of the service.
